HSE Enters Top 35 in THE Emerging Economies Rankings

The Higher School of Economics has climbed to 32nd place in the Times Higher Education Emerging Economies , improving its previous position by 16 places.

Only 27 Russian universities made it into the rankings, 17 of which are participating in the . This year, practically all Russian universities improved their performance.

HSE has taken 5th place among Russian universities and shows growth in almost all categories analysed in the rankings. The most significant improvement was observed in the categories of international outlook and research influence; HSE has traditionally performed strongly in these categories. In addition, there has been significant growth in international recognition of HSE, as evidenced by the university’s performance in the categories of teaching and research.
